I have ten years experience as a reportage wedding photographer; providing outstanding professional photos for many happy couples… I cover wedding photography Devon and Wedding photography Cornwal, and I usually take a couple of weddings in London, and am happy to travel to other parts of the UK. I’ve also taken commisions as a destination wedding photographer; including places as beautiful as Lake Garda, Italy, the South of France and Morroco.
My styles is reportage / documentary wedding photography - going with the flow so you can relax, have fun and enjoy the day with as little interuption as possible…
I have a First Class Honours Degree in Fine Art from London Metropolitan University, and a Masters Degree from Wimbledon College of Art, University of the Arts London.
I'm a former Senior Lecturer at London Metropolitan University (15 years), where I taught across many disciplines including BA and MA photography; most recently delivering a programme focused on the production of photobooks; rest assured I have a thorough understanding of how narrative, sequencing and composition all work to help make a successful project; skills I bring to every wedding photography commission.

I love making art; painting, drawing, installation and taking photographs… I’m super lucky to have this great job in the wedding photography business, a job that marries* my extensive photography skills and romantic nature! (*excuse the pun!).
My favourite photographers include;
Jitka Hanzlova, Vanessa Winship, Laura Pannack, Lauren Henkin, Mark Power, Harry Callaghan, Alec Soth, William Eggleston, Mick WIlliamson, Dragana Jurrisic, Mary Ellen Mark and Rosalind Fox Solomon, Tony Ray-Jones and Don McCullin; this is just the tip of the iceberg... Oh, and I love artists Fischli & Weiss, Van Gogh, and Cy Twombly... but I'd better stop there or we'll be here all day...
Some favourite authors/books; Nick Hornby’s ‘High Fidelity’ and Miranda July's ‘No One Belongs Here More Than You’, It's a book of short stories and goes everywhere with me; its one of the most moving, funny and obscure books you’ll ever read, 'The World According to Garp' by John Irving, so many books by Julian Barnes, and 'The Life of Pi' by Yann Martel & many more...
